Vi är glada att meddela att vår nya avfallsanläggning snart kommer att tas i bruk. Här är vad som kommer att hända:

Utdelning av startkit
Den 24, 25 och 26 september kommer vi att dela ut startkit bestående av en sorteringskorg, bruna papperspåsar för matavfall, en slaskrensare och en sorteringsguide. Dessa kommer att levereras utanför samtliga lägenhetsdörrar. Vi ber er att ta in dessa så att de inte blir stående i trapphuset. Efter några dagar kommer vi att samla in startkit som lämnats i trapphusen. Därefter får du som boende själv hämta upp ditt kit hos styrelsen under våra besökstider varannan tisdag.

Nya markkärl tas i bruk
Under vecka 40 kommer de nya markkärlen för matavfall att tas i bruk. Det gamla soprummet kommer att stå öppet för restavfall veckan ut. Den 4 oktober låses soprummet permanent och vi hänvisar även restavfall till de nya kärlen utanför det gamla soprummet.

Viktigt att tänka på
Enligt den nya lagstiftningen är vi alla skyldiga att sortera vårt avfall. Här är en kort påminnelse om hur soporna ska sorteras:

• Matavfall:
  Inkluderar alla ickeflytande köks- och livsmedelsavfall samt flytande matfett. Små mängder matfett ska torkas upp med hushållspapper och slängas som matavfall.
• Restavfall:
  Allt annat hushållsavfall som inte är matavfall. Större mängder matfett, upp till en liter, ska samlas upp i till exempel en tillsluten mjölkförpackning och slängas som restavfall.

Förpackningar ska som tidigare lämnas till kommunens återvinningsstationer. Större mängder fett eller olja (mer än 1 liter) ska förpackas och lämnas till en fettinsamling på en återvinningscentral.

Genom att följa dessa riktlinjer hjälper vi till att hålla vår förening ren och städad, samtidigt som vi bidrar till en bättre miljö genom att minska avfall och främja återvinning.

New waste facility to be taken into use

We are pleased to announce that our new waste facility will soon be operational. Here is what will happen:

Distribution of Starter Kits
On September 24, 25, and 26, we will distribute starter kits consisting of a sorting basket, brown paper bags for food waste, a sink strainer, and a sorting guide. These will be delivered outside all apartment doors. We ask you to bring them inside so they do not remain in the stairwell. After a few days, we will collect any starter kits left in the stairwells. After that, you will need to pick up your kit from the board during our visiting hours every other Tuesday.

New Ground Containers in Use
During week 40, the new ground containers for food waste will be put into use. The old garbage room will remain open for residual waste for the rest of the week. On October 4, the garbage room will be permanently locked, and we will direct residual waste to the new containers outside the old garbage room.

Important to Remember
According to the new legislation, we are all required to sort our waste. Here is a brief reminder of how to sort the waste:

• Food Waste:
  Includes all non-liquid kitchen and food waste as well as liquid cooking fat. Small amounts of cooking fat should be wiped up with paper towels and disposed of as food waste.
• Residual Waste:
  All other household waste that is not food waste. Larger amounts of cooking fat, up to one liter, should be collected in a sealed container, such as a milk carton, and disposed of as residual waste.

Packaging should still be taken to the municipal recycling stations. Larger amounts of fat or oil (more than 1 liter) should be packaged and taken to a fat collection point at a recycling center.

By following these guidelines, we help keep our community clean and tidy, while also contributing to a better environment by reducing waste and promoting recycling.

Solna Stad kommer att ta över ansvaret för de två parkeringsplatserna vid vändplanen. Övertagandet kommer att ske inom 1-2 veckor, och nya skyltar kommer att sättas upp för att informera om de nya villkoren.

De nya parkeringsvillkoren blir följande:

• 15 minuters parkering dygnet runt: Parkeringen kommer att vara tillgänglig för boende i Solna med Avgift Taxa A.
• Servicedag onsdagar udda veckor: Under perioden mellan augusti och juni kommer parkeringen att servas mellan kl. 8:00 och 10:00 på onsdagar udda veckor. Under dessa tider är parkering förbjuden.

Parkering på gården

Solna Stad will take over responsibility for the two parking spaces at the turning point. The transfer will occur within 1-2 weeks, and new signs will be put up to inform about the new conditions.

The new parking regulations will be as follows:

1. 15-minute parking around the clock: The parking area will be available for Solna residents with Fee Category A.
2. Service day on Wednesdays during uneven week numbers: From August to June, the parking area will be serviced between 8:00 and 10:00 on Wednesdays on uneven week numbers. During these times, parking is prohibited.

Från och med den 1:a september kommer vi att byta teknisk förvaltare från Driftia till Blinq Fastighetsförvaltning AB.

Vi strävar efter att övergången ska ske så smidigt som möjligt, och all information om bytet kommer att kommuniceras till våra medlemmar inom kort. Vi ser fram emot ett gott samarbete med Blinq.

Under tiden fram till bytet fortsätter felanmälningar att hanteras av Driftia precis som tidigare.

Starting from September 1st, we will change our technical manager from Driftia to Blinq Fastighetsförvaltning AB.

We aim for a smooth transition, and all information regarding the switch will be communicated to our members shortly. We look forward to a good collaboration with Blinq.

During this period until the change, error reports will continue to be handled by Driftia, just as before.

Ni har kanske märkt att tiden som vår entreprenör angav för installation av återvinningsbehållare har passerat. Detta beror på en längre leveranstid för behållarna och att vi även har behövt bredda vägen ner till återvinningsplatsen från vändplanen. Även om det fortfarande återstår arbete med att färdigställa vägen, har vi goda nyheter: kärlen har nu levererats.

Efter ett arbetsmöte igår med med Irec, som vi anlitat för anläggningen, inväntar vi nu startbesked för att kunna asfaltera området och placera behållarna, samt asfaltera vägen från vändplanen. Dessutom kommer vi att installera iLoq-lås på behållarna så att endast våra medlemmar kan använda dem.

Vi ber er att inte slänga skräp i behållarna innan vi meddelat att dessa tagits i bruk

När behållarna är på plats kan vi begära startbesked från Solna Stad, vilket beräknas ta minst tre veckor. Därefter kommer alla medlemmar att erbjudas ett gratis startkit från Solna Stad, med en sorteringskorg, bruna papperspåsar för matavfall, en slaskrensare och en sorteringsguide, innan Solnas avfallsentreprenör PreZero slutligen öppnar behållarna för bruk.

You may have noticed that the time our contractor provided for the installation of recycling containers has passed. This is due to a longer delivery time for the containers and the need to widen the road down to the recycling area from the turning point. Although there is still work remaining to complete the road, we have good news: the containers have now been delivered.

After a meeting yesterday with Irec, whom we have hired for the construction, we are now waiting for the go-ahead to asphalt the area and place the containers, and also asphalt the road from the turning point. Additionally, we will install iLoq locks on the containers to ensure that only our members can use them.

We kindly ask you not to throw trash into the containers until we have notified that they are in use.

Once the containers are in place, we can request approval from Solna Stad, which is estimated to take at least three weeks. After that, all members will be offered a free starter kit from Solna Stad, including a sorting bin, brown paper bags for food waste, a slush scraper, and a sorting guide, before Solna’s waste contractor, PreZero, opens the containers for use.

Vi har nyligen gjort några justeringar i våra avgifter för mopedplatser och gästlägenheten. Även avgiften för extraförråd justeras. Förråd som tillhör din lägenhet kommer inte att påverkas av denna prisförändring. Du som hyr extraförråd kommer att få ett nytt avtal som träder i kraft efter ditt nuvarande avtals uppsägningstid. Väljer du att inte acceptera det nya avtalet kommer du att behöva avlägsna dina saker från förrådet efter uppsägningstiden.

Här är de nya priserna:

• Förråd:
  • Nytt pris: 100 kr per kvadratmeter och månad
    
    
• Mopedplatser:
  • Nytt pris: 250 kr per månad
    
    
• Dygnshyra för gästlägenheten:

We have recently made some adjustments to our fees for moped spaces and the guest apartment. The fee for additional storage is also being adjusted. Storage that belongs to your apartment will not be affected by this price change. If you rent additional storage, you will receive a new contract that will take effect after the termination period of your current contract. If you choose not to accept the new agreement, you will need to remove your belongings from the storage after the termination period.
