Styrelsen har beslutat att inte längre erbjuda festlokalen för uthyrning. Detta bland annat på grund av att lokalen inte lämpar sig för ändamålet då den är för liten, samt att styrelsen behöver använda lokalen för styrelsearbete. Vi undersöker möjligheten att erbjuda en större och bättre lämpad festlokal i framtiden.

The board has decided to no longer offer the party venue for rent. This is due, among other things, to the fact that the premises are not suitable for the purpose as they are too small, and that the board needs to use it for board work. We are investigating the possibility of offering a larger and better suited venue in the future.

Nu byter vi alla källardörrar i trä mot moderna brandsäkra dörrar. Arbetet startar den 24 oktober (vecka 43) och pågår vardagar mellan c:a 08:30-15:00.

Vad Innebär det för dig?

Cirka 35 av alla dörrar som ska bytas hör till enskilda boendes förråd.

Arbetet med att byta ut dessa dörrar sker under första veckan, 24 – 28 oktober.

Har du en förrådsdörr i trä behöver föreningen därför få tillgång till din förrådsnyckel under den perioden.

Föreningen kommer att kontakta alla berörda boende för att samla in nycklar inför starten.

Redan nu kan du se om din förrådsdörr berörs. Titta efter en blå prick högst uppe i dörrens högra hörn.

Passa då på att beställa en ny låscylinder. Lämna in din gamla nyckel och få tillbaka fem nya nycklar till en ny låscylinder.

För den nya låscylindern debiteras du en engångskostnad som läggs på din månadsavi. Uppskattad kostnad är ca 500 kronor.

REPLACEMENT OF STORAGE DOORS

We are now replacing all wooden doors in the basements with modern fireproof doors. Work will start on October 24 and take place weekdays approximately between 08.30-15.00.

What does it mean for you?

About 35 of all the doors to be replaced are to individual residents' stores. The work to replace these doors will be carried out during the first week, 24 – 28 October.

If you have one of these wooden storage doors, the board needs access to your storage key during that period.

We will contact every affected resident to collect keys ahead of the start.

Already now you can check if your storage door is affected. Look for a blue dot in the top right corner of the door.

You can take the opportunity to order a new lock cylinder. You hand in your old key and get a new lock and five new keys back.

For the new lock cylinder, you will be charged a one-off cost that will be added to your monthly statement. Estimated cost is about SEK 500.

Vissa av porttelefonerna i föreningen har fått nya telefonnummer. Det betyder att ett nytt nummer kan komma att visas då någon ringer till dig via porttelefonen. Du kan ringa till ditt eget namn på portelefonen för att få upp det nya numret på din telefondisplay, och sedan spara det i telefonens kontakbok.

Some of the intercoms in the association have received new telephone numbers. This means that a new number may be displayed when someone calls you via the intercom. You can call your own name on the intercom to bring up the new number on your phone display, and then save it to your phone's contact book.
