Boxarna är tillgängliga dygnet runt och du kan tryggt ta emot paket när som helst utan att behöva sitta beredd vid telefonen för att öppna porten, och inte heller behöva släppa in okända leverantörer i trapphuset.

De första transportbolagen kommer att börja leverera till iBoxen inom ett par veckor. Framöver kommer du kunna välja leverans till iBoxen i check-outen hos anslutna e-handlare. (Om du handlar från en sajt som inte erbjuder leverans till ”din” box, hör av dig till dem och be dem erbjuda det framöver).

Transportbolaget kör ut ditt paket, lägger det i en ledig lucka i iBoxen och du får ett sms att du kan hämta paketet. Med några enkla knapptryck i iBoxens app så kan du legitimera dig och öppna luckan så att du kan hämta ditt paket. Allt sker med hjälp av din mobiltelefon. Like the parcel boxes you have probably noticed and perhaps used yourself that are set up in grocery stores and shopping centers, you can now choose to have your deliveries to iBoxen which is set up at the turning point at Kyrkbacken. The boxes are available around the clock and you can safely receive packages at any time without having to be ready by the phone to open the door, nor have to let unknown suppliers into the building.

The first transport companies will start delivering to iBoxen within a couple of weeks. In the future, you will be able to choose delivery to iBoxen in the check-out at connected e-retailers. (If you shop from a site that does not offer delivery to "your" box, get in touch with them and ask them to offer it in the future).

The transport company drives out your package, puts it in a free slot in iBoxen and you receive an SMS that you can pick up the package. With a few simple taps in the iBoxen app, you can identify yourself and open the door so you can pick up your package. Everything is done with through your mobile phone.
