Vänligen läs informationen noggrant och följ tillverkarens anvisningar vid öppning och rengöring av fönstren. Felaktig hantering kan orsaka skador på fönsterbågarna och innebära en säkerhetsrisk.

Enligt föreningens stadgar, § 35.1 Bostadsrättshavarens ansvar för fönster, ansvarar bostadsrättshavaren för skador som uppstår till följd av felaktig användning eller bristande underhåll.

Important information from Snidex regarding the handling of our windows

We would like to draw all residents' attention to important information from the window manufacturer Snidex regarding the proper handling of our windows.

Please read the information carefully and follow the manufacturer's instructions when opening and cleaning the windows. Improper handling may cause damage to the window sashes and may pose a safety risk.

According to the Association's By-laws, Section 35.1 - The Leaseholder's Responsibility for Windows, the leaseholder is responsible for any damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance.
